If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would. WORST experience ever. It is so sad how badly people of color are been treated. Brought my car in to be detailed and it got wrecked. The manager (Paul claiming to be the manager of valley dairy district of Grand Forks ) who hanged up on me when we were talking on the phone because he refused to do anything about the situation, came to the location, kept swinging his hands while talking to me and told me to my face that he did not care, requested they give me a refund and let me handle my car situation on my own and walked away. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Car Wash not worth the service, convenient store clerks are not hospitable to, people of color. Will not return.
I'm pretty good about making sure my vehicles are clean. Today I did not feel like doing my vehicle myself so I figured with the past experience with valley car wash, I'd give it a stab. Do they. Ot vacuum or even wipe any interior down anymore? For the price paid for top shelf car wash, I wont go back.
Had my seats cleaned/detailed here today and they did an absolutely wonderful job!! They are immaculate, they smell great and they also ran my car through the wash. The only reason I’m not rating 5 stars is because the interior dash/radio and etc were dirtier (and very spotty like someone sprayed something on but forgot to wipe it off) then they were when I dropped it off. No huge deal, just slightly annoying as I seem to always have issues with the interior even when I’m just getting a wash. It’s worth noting that the management was awesome too!
